The simulation is ran on the basis of a mix between short, mid and long haul flights served by the station. The average capacity by high loader truck is increased through the ATL System just as the loading times per aircraft are reduced through automation. In summary, the system helps to generate significant savings in time per turnaround and consequently reduces the number of trucks and drivers needed for operation. We recommend to jointly run a detailed simulation – serving as business case – to fully represent the specifics for each station.
The ATL System is designed as individual modules with the dimensions of a full size trolley. Each module is pre-assembled and can be installed in your equipment easily. Each component is specifically designed to be a simple plug and play set up enabling a quick installation or replacement if ever needed.
